FULL TIME TILL DECEMBER THEN PART TIME FROM DEC WITH OVERTIME EMERGENCY CALL HANDLER - NIGHTS & WEEKEND SHIFTS

Your new company
My client is a large healthcare provider based in Wakefield

Your new role
Due to an increase in workload and holiday cover they are looking to recruit 6 Part Time Emergency Call Handlers who can work various shift patterns. Predominantly the shift patterns will be nights or weekends.

Main duties will include:
- speaking to members of the public to gain information on the problem
- Accurate data input to ensure the patients name and details are all correct
- maintain a calm and polite tone of voice when on the phone to patients

What you'll need to succeed
You must have excellent phone manner and the ability to process information quickly and efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to use in house systems.

Previous experience of working in a call centre environment would be a bonus

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED AND WILL BE FULL TIME UNTIL DECEMBER.
Once the training has finished you will be given your shift patterns with overtime available.
