Aceso Healthcare are working with our clients as they look to find an experienced RGN for the Home in Southport.
The Home offers Nursing and Dementia care to its residents as well as being able to provide Mental health support for both younger and older adults.
Main duties/ expectations:
* To work as part of a team to provide and maintain professional standards in accordance with the principles of care as set out by the guidelines of the NMC.
* To ensure that a high standard of nursing care is provided at all times
* To create and maintain person centred service user care plans
* To monitor and manage the health and well-being of our Residents
* To manage and administer medication
* To manage emergencies confidently
Job Requirements:
* To hold current registration with NMC
* To be confident in your clinical skills and ability to work autonomously
* To be committed to delivering safe & effective care
* To be able to lead a shift and direct Care Assistants
* The Home is part of the We Care Group whose benefits include:
