PS LTD are currently looking for an experienced Stock Administrator to join our client based in Daventry, Northamptonshire.

This position is a temporary position ongoing to cover long term absence and may lead to the role being made permanent.

The role will require the following experience:

* Data Entry / Order processing.

* Manage purchasing orders.

* Verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and reconcile values.

* Ensure minimum levels of mandated stock is available for install teams.

* Prevent overstocking and inaccurate ordering.

* Keep track of inventory and supplies.

* Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.

* Create and maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies

* Prepare inventory for deliveries / collections.

* Ensure correct inventory is dispatched to / from sites.

* Track and ensure deliveries are received

* Compile reports inventory and supply balances.

* General Administration (Paper and cloud based filing systems)

* Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier returns
