Main Duties

*Support the Senior Account Manager with all aspects of Operational Administration
*Producing weekly and/or daily activity reports
*Triage team enquiries, actioning and/or forwarding for action
*Supporting rota administration through shift swaps, holiday and absence
*Liaising with agencies for all recruitment needs
*First line support/triage for client and customer queries
*Assist with ISO auditing and documentation
*Deputising for the Senior Account Manager during holiday/absence
*Additional ad-hoc tasks as needed
*Support the Call Centre Team Leader with all aspects of employee administration
*Ensuring New Starter induction documentation is available and up-to-date
*Updating HR systems with key journey markers and performance indicators
*Issuing Contracts, Staff Handbooks and ensuring company policies are read and signed
*Managing the HR Portal ensuring soft copy documents are correctly allocated and
*Diarising Employee Journey markers to ensure review deadlines are met
*Additional ad-hoc tasks as needed
*Continuously review policies & procedures and suggest improvements to management,
assist with project planning and implementation of any changes
*Any other reasonable task assigned by management or company directors
