Our client based in Nuneaton is looking to recruit a Private Sector Housing Officer.
Job Purpose:
To carry out investigations, inspections of dwellings and land in response to service requests and for the purposes of house condition surveys or other programmed work of the section
You must have previous experience/skills in the following;
- Recent experience of carrying out housing inspection
- Experience of enforcement and application of Housing and Public Health Legislation
- Degree or Diploma in Environmental Health
- Knowledge of the law relating to housing standards
