Property Manager
Location: Fareham
Salary: GBP21,000 - GBP23,000 DOE + a vast range of company benefits
This is a temp to perm role (initial temp period of 3 months)
Hours of work : Full time Monday to Friday
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well established property organisation who are based in the Fareham area
Due to huge success our client is now looking to recruit a property manager with immediate effect to join the property management team
It's an exciting opportunity as a Property Manager, and an integral role within the business that requires excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail. A professional attitude and ability to build professional relationships is essential.
As a property manager you will be responsible for
Oversee the maintenance of a property portfolio and liaise with the tenants and contractors to ensure maintenance is completed quickly and efficiently
to complete routine Inspections
Conduct the full check out process including deposit returns, closing of utility and council accounts, and making sure the property is ready for re-let to minimize voids
Renewal of contracts & rent increase implementation
Ensuring rental income increases are reflected on in house systems
Maintain and update online database (Arthur) for all properties
Receiving notices and liaising with the Lettings department to get vacant properties live in a timely manner for re let, chasing for feedback & updates
Updating the vacant & rental prediction reports - ensure Xero reflects the correct rental figures to our maintenance system (Arthur)
To chase rent
Issue notices and follow through the eviction process
Out of hours emergency phone on call rota basis
Assist with implementing legislation changes To be considered you will require
Previous Property Management experience essential
Must have a 'can do' attitude and willingness to take on a challenge
Organisational skills
Diary management
Accuracy and attention to detail
Awareness of property management processes and legislation
Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential to the role If this could be of interest please submit your Cv with immediate effect
