We are proud to be working with a leading practice in order to source an experienced Legal Secretary to join a professional but expanding team. This is a great opportunity to work for an experienced Senior Member of staff in a well respected position.
Working within a friendly environment to provide legal support for a wide range of clients.
The tasks to be undertaken include but aren't restricted too:
Legal and Factual research to ensure you have a full understanding of relevant information in relation to any specific case
Creating written reports and legal documents for cases as well as proof reading and reviewing documentation for others
Recording notes within client meetings to allow reviews to be taken following the meeting
Taking calls from clients and detailing the client objectives allowing you to feedback likely ways of achieving the objectives and presenting this to the client
Consistently updating yourself around guidance's on money laundering and risk management
Provide a high quality service to clients as well as maintaining and building on current client relationship
Being at hand to provide Administrative support
A few of the essential skills required for this role:
Passion and a keen interest in 'fact finding and researching'
High levels of integrity
Experienced in a similar role
Able to communicate comfortably using legal terminology
Can work well within a team and is willing to support others within the team
Good organisational skills and ability to use initiative
Capable of working to tight deadlines
This role offers an excellent long term opportunity join a friendly and welcoming team. Occasional flexibility to work outside working hours may be required
