Page Personnel have an exciting contract available for a Customer Insight & Digital Coordinator to be based in Burnley. The role will be for an initial 12 month period and can pay up to GBP25,000.

Description
As a Customer Insight & Digital Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Track, analyse and identify changes to customer behaviour
Provide insight and analysis to support with continuous commercial growth
Working closely with the CRM and Insights agency to deliver deeper insights about customer behaviour
Provide analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing campaigns
Support in creating optimal offline and online strategies
Take an active involvement in customer surveys, including the designing of questionnaires and feedback on results
Using reporting tools to monitor and report on performance
Analyse online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys
Monitor competitor marketing activities and outcomes, providing insights for future planning
Providing ad-hoc analytics and reports as needed
Support the Digital marketing team, where necessary, with Paid social, PPC and customer email preparation.Profile
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be immediately available for work
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office inc Excel and Powerpoint
- Have previous experience within a similar role
- Possess strong communications skills both verbally and written
Job Offer
GBP22,000-GBP25,000 + immediate start + 12 month contract + 25 days' holiday
