Working as the Compliance and Asset Data Analyst, you will be tasked with the delivery of high-quality, professional and efficient Business Insight analysis to support the compliance agenda and be the subject matter expert when it comes to Property Compliance and Asset Data.

The client are a Housing Association based in Kent.
Description
The key responsibilities working as the Compliance and Asset Data Analyst are:
Providing analytical support for the Compliance and Asset Management Team
Validating compliance data to ensure compliance across all regulatory functions
Work closely with Compliance and Asset Management Teams to ensure information captured is in a format usable by a wide variety of staff groups
Cross checking data provided by external contractors and producing compliance reports
Develop and maintain internal routine and ad-hoc reports to support the understanding of compliance within the organisation
Profile
The successful Compliance and Asset Data Analyst will need the following:
The ability to travel to Kent as and when required
Minimum 5 years' experience in the Business Intelligence and/or performance arena in Property Compliance and Asset Management
Developing systems, processes and dashboard related to assuring and improving data quality
Proven track record demonstrating aptitude to compile data into comprehensive reports, analyse trends and make recommendations based on findings
Comprehensive knowledge of data extraction tools and techniques
Extensive knowledge of Property Compliance Data
Demonstrate high level of proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, SSRS, and other BI toolsJob Offer
On offer for the successful applicant is a competitive salary and up to an 18 month Fixed-Term Contract
