Are you an experienced and qualified (CIPD) HR generalist who would like and incredibly varied role with a growing organisation based near Gloucester? Would working for a business which provides further study support be of interest?
Our client, an established business centred around engineering and construction is looking for a full time HR Manager for a new role as they commit to growing and re-structuring their workforce.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with other office functions, the HR Manager will be responsible for a broad range of duties including recruitment, disciplinaries, grievances and other generalist HR duties.
The individual will manage the whole HR function and will be primarily responsible for their own administration so whilst their will be complex and technical issues to be involved in the incumbent must be happy with the processing and recording of information.
We are looking for a CIPD qualified individual with demonstrable experience as an HR Manager who has handled all matters within an HR function.
In addition our ideal candidate will be very confident, a clear communicator however will possess excellent people skills and a large degree of empathy and emotional intelligence.
A strong administrator you will be organised, efficient and excellent and managing your own workload.
Please note due to the location of this position it is essential you have access to your own vehicle.
