Infrastructure and systems engineer; Newark; GBP32k-GBP46k p/a plus benefits
Key responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd and 3rd tier support, acting as a point of technical escalation and subject matter expert for multiple infrastructure and technical systems
* Lead technical architecture projects and changes to the live environment covering systems and infrastructure
* Working with the Service Desk and Technical Support teams to provide timely incident resolution for specified ICT systems to correct escalated system faults
