We are looking for a full time, permanent, IT Consultant to join our team. Our office is based in Gloucestershire although we work remotely - coming together to collaborate and catch up.
We operate an open and honest environment where you can share and sense check your ideas to create a plan to succeed.
The role:
Develop relationships with clients and candidates to achieve sales and have full autonomy in managing your client base.
To offer an exceptional customer experience to both clients and candidates.
To grow and develop business for your pipeline and manage the whole recruitment process.
To create ideas, be innovative and suggest ways to grow your sector.
To consistently grow your revenue targets and achieve business KPI's on a monthly and annual basis.
Your first few weeks with us will be focussed on agreeing plans, coaching and training. As a business that relies heavily on building trust through our actions you'll be given every opportunity to succeed in this role.

The Person:
*
Degree educated or a comparable level of education
*
Experience of working within an IT recruitment role
*
Exceptional customer service skills
*
Experience of managing the recruitment process from start to end including onboarding and excellent after care skills
*
Proven track record of relationship building and account management
*
Confident in conducting meetings and candidate interviews both face to face, via telephone and video call
*
Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise workloads
*
A strong mindset with a passion for personal and professional development to better yourself daily
*
Ability to work well independently, showing strong initiative and a self motivated and proactive approach daily
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
*
High level of numeracy skills
