Job location: Derby, East Midlands
Hourly pay rate: GBP20.04 Limited - Mornings
GBP21.58 Limited - Afternoons
GBP24.82 Limited Nights
Shift Pattern: Mornings and Afternoons and Nights rotating
Hours per week: 37 Hours per week
Duration: On-going contract
Start date: 21/09/20
Need to have own basic tools
We are looking for candidates that have a practical mind-set, have had some experience in assembly, fitting or tool exposure and have a proactive 'can-do' attitude that is essentially looking for a brilliant opportunity in the rail industry.
Person Profile/Experience:
* Open to taking direction, learning new skills and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude
* Able to work from and interpret written work instruction closely
* Able to carry out physical aspects as well as the more intricate aspects of the role
* Flexible and committed team member that works well as part of team
* Accurate and efficient worker
* Good dexterity
* Able to use different hand tools
Qualifications: Basic engineering experience is preferred but not essential. An NVQ Level 3 and above in a related engineering field would be beneficial.
