Your role as a Technician will involve re-manufacturing various vehicle electronic components. You will be rewinding and overhauling electrical motors, pumps, gearboxes and fans.
Key Responsibilities
Rewinding 3 Phase, AC and electrically testing them
Refurbish mechanical fittings (pumps, gearboxes and fans)
Good understanding of electrical connections and diagrams, both individually and as part of engineered system
Ability to connect motors via different electrical methods in order to 'run test'
Able to fully dismantle all units received for repair and assess electrical and mechanical damage/ reason for failure
Reasonably computer literate in order to adhere to Servo motor training
An understanding of Servo motors would be favourable but not essential
