Commercially focused New Business Sales Manager is sought to work for a forward-thinking independent Commercial Insurance Broker heading up their New Business Team of 8! If you are on your way up in your Insurance career, with the desire to earn some excellent bonuses, then please read on!

As such we are keen to speak to you if you have a background in commercial insurance broking, with experience managing a team, coupled with a genuine desire to absolutely rock at what you do, working for a company who rewards you for doing it! They invest heavily in their staff with internal and external training and offer a grown-up working culture where you will be encouraged to self-manage!
Based in Maidstone, Kent. This broker is a decent size (currently 52 staff) and have grown impressively since their inception in 2009, and have further big, exciting and innovate plans to develop the business going forward.
Due to these plans, they are now looking for someone to join them to head up their very successful sales team of 8. They want someone who knows how to train, coach and mentor a team, as well as being happy to roll your sleeves up and cultivate your own new business opportunities too! You will not just manage the team but lead from the front cultivating new business here!
The MD feels they offer something a bit different, being non corporate, and being an organisation that has a genuinely rewarding culture, both professionally and personally. All in all, they feel they are a "special" place to work, and would love to hear from you if you would like to work in this sort of environment where everyone enjoys what they do and has a smile on their face doing it!
As above they would like to speak you if you have at least 3 years commercial broking experience and want to kick start your career and earn some decent bonuses too!
In return, the salary on offer is GBP45-50k depending on experience, plus excellent bonuses (OTE - GBP70-90k), with 20 days holiday to start. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:15pm. They also throw an absolutely awesome Christmas do every year, and have a ton of company events, including a summer BBQ and even a local football team!
