35+ hours per week

Location: Piperdam Golf & Leisure Resort

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Greenkeeper to join our friendly team, at Piperdam Golf and Leisure Resort, located in Fowlis, Dundee

Your duties will include:

* Maintaining the Golf Courses and Grounds around resort.

* Using Strimmer & Blower

* Preparing the golf courses for everyday play

* Litter picking across resort

* Cutting areas of grass with Ride-On mowers

* Ensure that all external areas such as car parks, paths and roadways are kept in a clean, tidy and well-maintained condition

* Ensure the good working order of all plant machinery and equipment

* To work as part of a team delivering outstanding customer service and standards

* Completing all necessary paperwork

* Following site specific procedures

* Liaise with other members of staff in a professional manner

* Maintaining the highest standards of presentation around the resort

* Working in a weekend Rota for golf course set-up

Key Skills & Qualities needed:

* Knowledge of grass cutting machinery

* A keen eye for detail

* PA 1 & 6 would be an advantage

* Taking part in training as and when required

* Previous experience of working looking after grounds

* A highly motivated individual

* Knowledge of Health and Safety compliance

* Ability to interact positively and professionally with the public, and other members of staff

* Punctual, hard-working and able to use own initiative

* Previous experience on a golf course would be advantageous
