Manpower are currently recruiting for a Communications Centre Telephone Advisor.
Responsible for the first point of communication with patients, patients relatives, healthcare professionals and other callers including other emergency services and GP Out of Hours. Using the Computer Aided Dispatch system and Advanced Medical Priority Dispatch System (AMPDS) take accurate bookings for both emergency & non-emergency ambulance transport or transfers for clinical triage, providing a high quality service and support to callers.
This position is a part time role covering 16 hours per week. When applying for this role you must be able to be available for full time hours for training purposes.
