LEICESTER
GBP18,000 OTE GBP22,000
Mon - Fri: 9am - 5.30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 10am - 1pm
My client is a busy Estate Agents in the heart of Leicester who are looking to grow their property management team.
The role:
• Developing and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
• Receive and allocate maintenance jobs
• Manage communications via phone, email and WhatsApp
• Organise and conduct inspections of properties during Tenancies
Arranging and attending property viewings
• Organise end of Tenancy check-outs and inventories
• Organise regulatory certificates to ensure properties are compliant with current legislation
• Organise new tenancies
