Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Occupational Health Advisor to join their service based in Horley, Surrey. This is an exciting time to join our client as they bring their Occupational Health service in house. You will be part of our clients continued growth and will be joining a national team so travel across a number of sites will be required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Plan and Deliver Health Surveillance Programmes
* Case Management
* Sickness Absence
* Fitness to work assessments
* Return to work assessments
* Health Promotion
* Involved In UK Wide Health initiatives
* Sickness Trends
* Management and Mentoring of Occupational Health Technician(s)
* HAVs Tier 3 would be ideal but is not essential
