Employment Paralegal
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: GBP20,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
CRA Legal are representing a multi-disciplined law firm who are expanding their employment law team. After a period of steady growth and an increase in new claims, our client is looking to employee an experienced Paralegal to join their Employment Team. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of employment law caseload, gaining exposure to both claimant and respondent work.
Role & Responsibilities:
Respond to new and existing queries from clients
Identifying and qualifying claims, providing expert advice to clients
Dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
Oversee a varied caseload including unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, discrimination, disciplinary action & advice, TUPE, redundancy, tribunal advice, settlements, equal pay, harassment and contract issues
Typing legal documentation and correspondence
Supporting with settlement agreements
Occasional support with court hearings
Required Attributes:
A proven track record in Employment Law
Experience in working in claimant and respondent Employment Law
