Ensuring day-to-day operational aspects of the business are managed effectively. You will be at the forefront of providing an exceptional service to our customers, managing sales as well as the general running of the office and administration. Responsibilities to include managing some of the current team. You will ensure that high levels of performance are maintained, reporting directly to the business partners. Assistance with continuing development of the business may be included.
Some occasional lifting may be required when dealing with stock.
Qualifications and experience required
Confident use of computers, to include Microsoft office software (training will be provided for our bespoke computer system).
Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner. Ability to communicate well and work as part of a team, while motivating others to provide the best service possible.
Excellent organisational skills.
Knowledge of the gas business and products we supply would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided for this.
Hours - 40 hours per week.
20 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays).
