We are excited to be supporting one of the UK's leading fee-free mortgage brokers in the search for Protection Advisers to join the team in their Newcastle office based in the city centre.
The Opportunity
The role of Protection Adviser is to provide advice and quotations on protection insurance. This involves speaking to pre-qualified leads for Protection / Life Insurance quotes, building a rapport and understanding customer's needs and delivering quality advice.
This is a great opportunity to utilise your existing skill-set and develop yourself further, as well as a lucrative commission structure on hard work.
This will include:
* Ensuring contact with client is conducted in a professional and compliant manner
* Achieve Sales performance targets
* Ensure all relevant documentation and notes are saved to the relevant system(s)
* Work with processing to ensure pipeline cases are managed from sale to on risk
* Consistently demonstrate good Conduct Risk behaviours by placing the customer's best interest at the heart of everything you do and recommend improvements where possible. Contribute through actions and behaviour to ensuring the culture of the whole company reflects this
About You
The team is growing, and they are looking for driven and outgoing personnel to join the team. You may originate from an Financial services, sales, recruitment or seeking your first professional role after university and they are happy to train and develop you to be the best (and have a great team to support you!)
