Residential Conveyancer (6+ PQE)
A leading Legal 500 with offices across Sussex and Kent are currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (ideally 6+ years PQE) to join their offices in East Sussex. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will join a leading department, supported by highly experienced Paralegals and Legal Secretary.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will be responsible for a mixed case load of residential property matters including:
* Plot sales
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold and leasehold
* Shared ownership
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will offer the following skillset/background:
* Be a qualified Solicitor (admitted to, and permitted to practice English law) - ideally at least 6 years PQE
* Have solid technical knowledge, ideally with Plot Sales experience
* Ideally have experience of marketing/business development and/or have a following
* Be a keen team player
* Interest in mentor/developing junior members of staff
* Offer excellent client skills
* Solid interpersonal skills and communication skills
* High attention to detail
