A permanent, full-time Office Manager position based in Dumfries

Your new role
A busy and varied Office Manager role where no two days will be the same. This is an integral position within the office providing support to multiple departments. Your responsibilities will include PA duties, staff management for one direct report, liaising with the sales teams and forecasting billings to specific deadlines, running reports and analysing, maintaining HR records, collating documents and information, typing correspondence, undertaking office H&S duties, and completing other tasks on an ad hoc basis. This role is full-time, Monday to Friday 8.30-5.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 years experience working within a similar multi-faceted role, ideally at Office Manager level, however candidates with a strong administration/operational background who can demonstrate working with senior management would be considered. You will have excellent organisational and time keeping skills, able to prioritise your workload to ensure that strict deadlines are met. You will be a positive team player who thrives in a fast paced environment and is a confident communicator, able to deal with people at all levels. You will have strong IT capabilities, with efficient and accurate typing skills and keen attention to detail.
