Manufacturing Production Operative

First Choice Recruitment are looking for Manufacturing Operatives to work for our successful, growing textile company based in Ossett, West Yorkshire. This is a temp-to-perm vacancy with an opportunity to grow and develop within a forward-thinking, dynamic team. This is a 14 week temp-to-perm vacancy.

Duties will include operating various machinery, carrying out in-depth quality/product checks and inputting on to computer (candidates must be computer literate). You will be trained on various departments throughout the factory and rotate jobs regularly - so no 2 days will ever be the same!

What are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn, who can pay excellent attention to detail as this is vital to the role. Ideally, you would have carried out a similar role in a similar environment and have a good manufacturing understanding (e.e. 5S, Lean Manufacturing, TPM etc.).

Pay rate:

GBP9.47 per hour with all breaks paid (salary review after completion of training)

Hours:

Monday to Friday from 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00/22:00-06:00 (rotating each week)
