GMP Recruitment are recruiting for a number of Factory Operatives for their client in Droitwich on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the area who are currently experiencing a significant period of growth and are looking for people to take these roles with a view to offering permanent positions to candidates who do well.
The role will require you to finish various manufactured components to a high standard using hand tools and various other processes.
Training will be provided, however, all candidates will need experience working in a factory/manufacturing environment.
The hours of work are double days working 06:00-14:00 one week and then 14:00-22:00 the following week. The basic hours are 37.5 hours paid with overtime rates paid after that.
These roles come with an immediate start so will not be suitable for anyone who is currently working elsewhere.
