SEMI-SENIOR ACCOUNTANT in BELPER, DERBYSHIRE - JO24000
Accountancy Elite are yet again partnered with a firm steeped in local history who due to continued growth are looking to recruit a semi-senior candidate.
This is an amazing opportunity for a practice accountant who will be AAT qualified and some stage through their ACCA or ACA qualifications.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
??Preparation of statutory accounts for Limited companies, Sole traders and Partnerships.
??Corporation tax computations as well as small amount of personal tax return work.
??Preparation of management accounts for a variety of clients.
??Preparation of VAT returns and reviewing of VAT work from more junior colleagues.
??Maintenance of strong relationships with new and existing clients is a key part of this role as well as client visits so ability to interact in a professional and confident manner with clients is a must.
Candidate Attributes:
??AAT qualified as a minimum and ideally studying ACCA/ACA with 2 years practice experience.
??Good practical experience of accounts and tax work in a practice environment.
??Bright, Bubbly and full of ideas.
??Possess good IT & communication skills.
