The Role:
Developing knowledge and expertise on the entire product
Preparing quotations and negotiating orders
Taking customer enquires directly by telephone / email and recommending the most suitable products to them
Following up with customers and beginning to build relationships with them
Identifying leads, customers and market trends
Visiting existing and potential customers to present company products and investigate potential leads
Attending industry exhibitions throughout the UK and wider Europe
Producing monthly sales and activity reports
Supporting the management team with new product development
Working with the management team to devise and implement strategic growth plans
Ensuring that all quotations meet customer expectations and comply with regulations
About You:
A proven track record within a technical sales role
The ability to present to clients of all seniority
Technically minded and able to adapt to specialised products
Exposure to Hazardous Area Certification would be advantageous
Able to adapt to a faced paced environment and very varied role
The Package:
Basic salary of GBP30,000
Full training and development program
20 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 25 days
Free car parking
Attractive pension scheme
