Job Title: Customer Service Apprentice
Location: Hove
Salary: GBP4.15 per hour plus commission and bonuses will be available at all points throughout the apprenticeship
Full time: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
The role encompasses customer service, administration and sales, with training on the entire customer journey from Insurance review to policy purchase.
Responsibilities
To candidate will be trained on contacting customers, confirming current information and obtaining key information. Then transfer the customer to a sales adviser, the candidate will update and manage client records, adding notes and information as well scheduling call back, managing appointments and providing essential support to experienced sales advisors.
The candidate will then be trained on all aspects of an FCA regulated compliant sales process which will include home insurance product knowledge. Progress will allow customer contact from start to finish and manage the entire customer journey including full administration. This will include different areas of customer administration, customer experience surveys, liaising with insurers and amending existing customer policy details.
Full training will be provided, Including:
Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) compliance processes
Telephone, Automatic dialler system, Live Chat, Email
Client Record Management System (CRM)
Policy Administration
Insurance product Training
Online and Offline Customer application & Quote systems
Communication techniques
Soft Skills Training
Sales techniques
Objection HandlingRequirements
Desired skills
Computer literate, Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook is beneficial.
Confident and outgoing with excellent communication skills
Desired personal skills
Confident
Conscientious
Polite with good timekeeping and attendance
Able to work in a team.
Determined and driven to learn, succeed and work outside their comfort zone.
Desired qualifications
A-C grades or equivalent in English and Maths
