Our client operate this stunning country Inn, & are looking to recruit an accomplished, experienced Sous chef to join the team, working under a very talented Head chef, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- A sound understanding of fresh, season local produce
- Experience of managing a team of chefs under pressure in the head chefs absence
- Have an energy and desire to really push themselves for the very best results every day
- Have the skills to encourage and enthuse junior chefs
