Role summary 

Peloton is seeking an International Recruiter to join its London office.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • managing the end to end recruitment process for a high volume of critical roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation;
  • creating and editing job descriptions to support hiring managers;
  • supporting headcount planning process including team structure changes and future staffing needs;
  • contributing to overall People/HR strategy by advising on onboarding and workflow process enhancements; 
  • establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships across the International Peloton team, as well as key cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders;
  • advising and training others on best practices regarding the hiring process;
  • managing internal and external job postings;
  • building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent, maintain ATS data integrity, and regularly share updates with internal stakeholders;
  • utilising innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect with and recruit top-tier talent; and 
  • visiting different locations to host interviews and complete the on-boarding process.

Mandatory skills, qualifications and experience


  • three plus years of relevant full cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced, high growth environment; 
  • Experience working on both high-volume positions (Support, Sales, Field Operations) and strategic, targeted searches (Marketing, Strategy, Finance, etc)
  • Undergrad Degree or equivalent in relevant field such as Communication 
  • relevant experience working with a modern ATS, ideally Greenhouse;
  • demonstrable superb organisation and time management skills; proven ability to manage your own weekly schedule to accomplish tasks and hit KPIs
  • demonstrable solid track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers at all levels and making successful placements; 
  • Existing network of Creative candidates in the London market, specifically in the technology sector
  • demonstrable presentation skills for Talent Acquisition and Hiring teams to showcase work;
  • Prior experience in a sales position is highly preferred
  • demonstrable entrepreneurial drive with a clear sense of urgency to achieve results, ability to work within tight timelines, and a ‘roll up your sleeves’ approach;
  • creative and innovative mindset and demonstrable ability to independently solve problems;
  • proven track record successfully sourcing passive candidates;
  • proficient with MS Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and 
  • excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand/communicate job requirements and expectations
