The Client
Acorn is recruiting on behalf of our client a well-established manufacturing company based in Cardiff. We are looking for a driven and dynamic German speaking Sales Administrator who can also speak English fluently at business level. This is a varied role whereby you will be responsible for the sales order processing side of the business, dealing with customers, building relationships and resolving any issues, the majority of your time in this role would be spent looking after the German client base.
The Role
Much of your time initially will be spent learning the basics e.g. studying the product range, liaising with their UK and German customers on the phone and providing all aspects of administration within the office including: sales order processing, answering telephone enquiries from customers and suppliers, providing quotes, taking, placing and organising the dispatch of orders, liaising with the technical workshop, and providing accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records.
The Candidate
- German speaking with fluent English - business level
- Customer Service and order processing experience
- At least two year's relevant experience
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Excellent MS Office Skills and Adobe Creative suite skills e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator etc. a bonus.
- Must live in the Cardiff area and have own transport due to the location of the business
Benefits
- Paying a basic salary of up to GBP23,000 DOE.
- Monday - Friday working hours (9am - 5 pm)

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 25 days plus bank holidays
