Chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyor Residential Yorkshire
Your new company
This surveying practice covers the UK specialising in residential surveys, Project Management and Valuations. They offer home working and the ability to control your own diary.
Your new role
You will be undertaking Home Buyer reports, defect diagnosis and some schedules of condition for residential property across Yorkshire. You will use an iPad to make notes and take down measurements to then write up your reports at home. You will update systems, keep head office up to date with your progress and demonstrate excellent customer service to protect the business brand.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyor who has extensive experience with residential defect diagnosis. You will also have experience carrying out home buyers reports and other surveys. You will have the capacity to work from home, manage your workload and produce accurate reports. You will have the ability to cover the Yorkshire region.
