Senior Accounting Technician

Eden brown is working in partnership with a local council to recruit for a Senior Accounting Technician based in Stroud.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Accounting Technician to embark onto the organisation and join a successful team and be responsible for monitoring, controlling, implementing system and preparing accounts.
Key responsibilities:
* To provide support and advice to projects, partnerships for external organisations and budgets for all financial matters.
* To complete the benchmarking returns when required
* To prepare annual revenue estimates for specific services, and salary estimates across all services - inline with budget strategy and in consultation.
* To maintain and develop system to ensure efficiently and effective budget control, this includes monthly reports.
Candidate requirements:
* AAT qualified
* An understanding of administrative processes and systems
* Experience of working with the public
