This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join this growing, friendly, forward-thinking and modern law firm. You will be working remotely from home but with great support and scope for development and progression. There is a positive team spirit with a refreshing approach to the industry.
The successful candidate will be joining a busy department with a large caseload of files. Therefore, you will have previous experience of working within a Private Client department. It would be advantageous if you have prepared simple documentation such as basic Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. You will also be performing administrative tasks and providing general support to the team. Candidates we have introduced to the firm, have given fantastically positive feedback and morale is high.

This is a varied role and will include the following:
?? Drafting Wills
?? Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney
?? Preparing initial advice for clients, following calls that a senior advisor will have had with the client
?? Liaising with clients and third parties both face to face and over the telephone
?? Using data management systems and portals
?? Taking client payments over the telephone using the secure Sagepay system
?? Producing documentation and correspondence
?? Updating clients and third parties on the status of cases.
The ideal candidate will:
?? Be able to work in a busy office environment
?? Be able to prioritise your own workload and to multi-task
?? Be well organised
?? Have great communication skills, both verbally and written
?? Have excellent attention to detail
?? Be a team player
