People Solutions are representing our client based in Rugeley who are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join their expanding team. Your key responsibilities will be:
* Single contact point for customer & suppliers
* Claim, information & supplier project management
* Liaise with the accounts department in order to maintain an awareness of cost control
* Triage claims management
* Providing portal guidance and access
* Communication (ensure clear communication to line managers)
* Documentation of all correspondence (ensure systems are updated in a clear and timely manner)

Usual working hours are Monday ?????" Friday, 8am until 6pm, however flexibility is essential to service additional claims volumes driven by surge events to ensure delivery of our clients service requirements.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering the highest technical quality and customer satisfaction, whilst achieving maximum efficiency.
You will be an excellent communicator, self-motivated and disciplined. Flexibility and willingness to embrace change are a must, along with an enthusiasm and understanding of industry leading technology.

About you -
* Ability to demonstrate the handling of property claims from instruction to conclusion
* Commitment to gaining the relevant knowledge and skill for the professional and technical requirements of the job
* Customer service enthusiasm is essential
* Effective communication skills, including the ability to validate and quality check detailed reports, (training will be given)
* Self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative (the ability to work on your own initiative in a fast paced environment)
* A desire to embrace innovative working practices

Holding or progressing towards a Cert CII or Cert CILA qualification would be an advantage
