As part of the expansion to the existing Work and Health Programme (WHP_JETS), which provides tailored employment support services to individuals made unemployed as a result of Covid-19, this role will support the administration of the programme.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as a Team Leader. You will be responsibile for contributing to the accurate processing of associated administration of the WHP_JETS programme, including handling personal, financial and other commercially confidential information. You will be involved in the production of robust and time-bound management information, reports and other relevant statistical data to help optimise programme performance.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Contact Centre or Data Processing environment, have experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards and be fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies, i.e. Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business.

This Working Health Programme - Job Entry Targeted Support will address the barriers to gaining alternative employment with tailored support to enable individuals to achieve and sustain new employment.

We anticipate a large proportion of this job will be delivered whilst working from home, therefore an appropriate working environment is essential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Work alongside the Customer Administration Hub Manager to ensure achievement of all KPI metrics assigned to the Hub.

* Maintain accurate and up to date financial systems and information for the Group to enable the Directors to safeguard and develop the Company's assets.

* Process and maintain accurate records ensuring adherence to contractual guidelines and company procedures.

* Ensure that all financial claims on the contract have been validated, quality assured and correctly claimed in accordance with contractual guidelines.

* Manage and co-ordinate any required contractual and financial documentation.

* Work under the direction of the Customer Administration Hub Manager, deputising as and when required, to direct and support staff as agreed by the Hub manager.

* Quality check relevant data entry into the systems by operational staff, feeding back the results of those checks, to support continuous improvements.

* Prepare and deliver effective reports, for the Operational and Management Teams, to help inform on contractual trends and address quality issues.

* Assist in the preparation of statistical data that supports the monitoring of variations in contract performance.

* Oversee the processing and quality checking of any manual claims associated with the contract.

* Ensure that all contract claims have been validated and quality assured and correctly claimed in accordance with contractual requirements.

Skills and Experience

Essential

* Highly organised approach to work.

* Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.

* GCSE or equivalent in English and Math's at Grade C or above.

* A suitable home working environment.

Desirable

* Geographical knowledge of the South West

Additional Information

Salary: GBP23,500 - GBP27,580 p.a. (dependent on experience)
Location: Exeter
Hours: 37 hrs per week - 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday- Friday (Full Time)
