Sales Team Leader
Amour Recruitment have a new opportunity for a confident Team Leader to join a dynamic company based in Portsmouth.
The successful candidate will build, maintain and manage a team of outbound telephone Sales Executives and support them to achieve KPI and revenue targets.
Hours are 09:00 - 15.30 first week and 11.00 - 19.30 second week. Monday - Friday
GBP25,000 OTE GBP30K
Duties include:
* Develop the team by training, coaching, and motivating them.
* Preparing and conducting regular 121's and sales meetings with the team
* Being involved in the recruitment process for new team members
* Assisting team members in the sales process and objection handling
Key Skills:
* Proven track record in managing a successful and results-orientated outbound telesales or face to face team.
* A strong, hands on manager who is able to coach and train their sales team
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
* A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to achieve challenging goals
* Proven track record of success
