Are you a Support Worker interested in supporting individuals to promote positive behaviours?
Our client is specifically recruiting for Support Workers with experience of challenging behaviour and implementing positive behaviour techniques. You will be supporting young adults with learning difficulties, mental health conditions and Autism.
The right candidate will be able to support users on a 1-1, 2-1 and 3-1 basis and within a group setting. The candidate will be able to use their own initiative and creativity, whilst prompting independence and helping to make a positive impact on the services user's social environment.
This role is varied, diverse and highly rewarding, where you will grow your knowledge and experience.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months experience within similar setting
Evidence to the right to work in the UK
Current DBS
Competent with all aspects of care and support
