You will work with the Head of Client Services and Leadership team to coordinate and implement key projects and processes to drive our sales strategy forward.

To be successful in the role you have to want to develop new skills in support of the implementation and delivery of our sales strategy, your role will change rapidly and in a flat structured, fast-moving business, you will be expected to take on a range of roles.

Key activities include:

CRM database management and providing research into potential new clients, using this data to provide insightful reporting and contributing to the development of sales strategy
Management of the bulk sales cycle from initial enquiry through to supporting bid creation
Coordinate and prepare prequalification, bids, tenders, quotations and proposals
Assist with marketing, social media postings and administrating events
Plan and implement initiatives to increase online traffic, generate leads and direct sales
Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
Write copy for internal and external communications, including but not limited to website, blogs, social media, search engine optimisation and press releases
Promote collaborative working relationships and effective communication
Organise management meetings, client meetings and functions
Provide general administrative support and advice for and to the senior leadershipEssential Skills

We need

Excellent written and spoken English - your contribution to sales and marketing activities and client relationship management requires a creative and high standard of communication
Experience supporting sales, marketing, business development or commercial processes or teams
Confidence and aptitude - we are a flat structured, dynamic organisation, you have to relish the opportunity to get involved with a range of tasks and embrace the challenge
