Calibre Search is delighted to be working with one of the East Midlands' most highly regarded consulting engineers, based just North of Derby. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Structural Revit Technician to join their team.
They provide Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering and Architectural services and, with an already strong structural engineering outfit comprising of established Structural Engineers and Structural Technicians in place, there they are looking to add to this. Historically, they work on industrial projects working with structural steel and are, ideally, looking for a Structural Revit Technician experienced within these sectors. They have a full order book and an influx of work flowing in within the Industrial, Commercial and Retail sectors.
You will have a relevant HNC/HND in a Civil Engineering discipline and be an accomplished user of Revit Structure with proven practical experience within the Building Structures sector. Your most important trait for this role will be that you are confident and experienced detailing a building structure. Whilst in the role, you will be required to produced detailed drawings, both 2D CAD drawings and 3D Revit models, to ensure they deliver on their projects to their well known standards. As they are a multi-disciplinary practice, you need to be an able communicator who has excellent written and verbal skills which will allow you to co-ordinate effectively with the other disciplines.
