Residential Property Solicitor
A great opportunity has arisen for a residential property solicitor or licensed conveyancer to join a well established firm based in Sussex. The firm are well established across the South East with multiple offices and recognised for the residential property work they do.
The firm are looking to grow their residential property department by hiring a residential property solicitor or licensed conveyancer.
The role would require you to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters which includes sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and shared ownership acting on behalf of a wide range of mid-high net worth individuals. There will be some new build work involved.
Ideally you would be able to manage a caseload of residential property matters with independence, however support would be provided where necessary. You will be a great team player and confident in a client facing position. You will be joining a high performing team of experienced lawyers, where you will be able to grow within your role and the firm.
