Are you from a plumbing and heating training bakground and looking for a varied and exciting new challenge working in a newly created post within the business enabling you to stamp your mark on the business?

With increased government backing and a boom in the industry, they have grown from strength to strength, and continue to see ongoing year on year growth with extensive plans moving forward. They have established a reputation within the industry as the go to technical experts and as such they are now looking for an Training Manager to join the team and ensure they maintain this level of excellence as they grow.
In this role you will be based from home but will spend a lot of time on the road traveling to different sites and colleges to deliver training. Part of the role will be to take responsibility for delivering in-house training for the company to ensure their staff are able to offer the technical expertise they require. You will also work closely with college trainers to enable them to deliver tailored courses and main contractors to deliver training for their staff.
This is the perfect role for someone looking to join a rapidly growing company in a brand new role allowing them to really make it their own.
The role:
*Traveling to different sites, companies and colleges to deliver training
*Running in house training courses
*Ensure the company maintains it reputation for technical expertise
The person:
*Training or Instructor experience
*Plumbing or Heating background
*Happy to travel
