As Commercial Claims Handler, you'll be there to help your clients when things go wrong - many of the businesses you deal with will be owner managed, and they'll be looking to you for support navigating the claims process.
You will join a team who are really focused on providing a quality service to its clients. From a claim's perspective, you'll maintain full control of the process, communicate effectively and managing expectations at all times. The team adopt very much a work hard, play hard mentality and help each other where needed.
This opportunity is perfect for an individual who is looking to progress their career and have the drive to constantly improve. You need to have come from an insurance background with a knowledge of the Claims market, ideally covering Commercial claims.
