Sales Team Leader
Circa GBP20,000 p.a + Bonus
Based in Dover
We are looking for a driven Sales Team Leader to join a leader in the Fuel and Transport industry.
As the Team Leader you will manage and mentor a small, close-knit team of Telesales Executives who will be liaising with customers to sell fuel cards.
Your focus will be on ensuring the team are supported to maximise productivity and sales performance.
Reporting into their Sales Manager you will receive comprehensive training to help you manage your team and to achieve your own bonus potential.
Skills you will need as the Sales Team Leader:
Strong sales/sales management experience
Track record of working to specific performance targets
Experience working in a Customer Service environment
An excellent Telephone manner Due to the location of the Dover office, own transport is preferred.
