The service can also offer multiple numbers so that the user is always calling locally.
The role they are recruiting for is as a Remote Graduate Trainee Sales responsible for qualifying and generating new customers by introducing our client's innovative solutions to businesses to benefit and improve their communication. You will be working directly with the Sales Director and sales team to hit appointment and sales targets developing initial enquiries and interest into confirmed new customers. You will be the first point of contact representing the company to all new prospects principally by a telephone-based approach. Also following up from either email enquiries, telephone calls, social media interest, website chats or marketing campaigns.
Customers just pay a monthly fixed fee per phone depending on the services they adapt. As they can keep their current number and phone and no hardware is required, deals can be simple and quick.
Clearly from a sales point of view the more phone users the better. However, volume can be achieved with single use and small businesses. You will find most people you call will be interested, as it is an offer that saves them money and adds quality to their calling.
* Create awareness, build relationships, and generate sales opportunities through outbound telephone selling, e-mail, and social media channels
* Generate new business contracts by pitching to senior decision makers and business owners qualifying their needs.
* Adopt a consultative sales approach to show the benefits and potential return on investment that your services can offer to businesses.
* Hit monthly targets for contracts and sales team revenue.
* Remuneration. We have designed a graduate sales development system working remotely, largely due to Covid but also as it enables us to recruit from a wider area and offer a 'Digital Nomad' lifestyle.
* We have also designed the remuneration to be high income whilst covering short term cash flow.
a) Front loaded Variable Basic. You will start closing deals in week one. So, what we have done is 'front loaded your payments by offering a high percentage during the first three months of a contract. This effectively gives you all the profit on the new contract.
There are three grades of Variable Basic. As soon as you have passed the initial induction training and results your initial percentage will rise significantly. Make no mistake you still must perform to earn the Variable Basic. There is no payment for something time and achieving nothing. You are in control of how much and being promoted to a higher grade.
* b) Residual. For the following 9 months there will be a monthly commission on every phone in every company.
* c) Upsells. When a company recruits new people, expands, or just buys more you will receive both above payment on any upsells.
* d) You will receive training from the start and ongoing.
* e) There will be bonuses, incentives, prizes, and trips paid for by the company.
We have a proven sales system that works. Follow it and your income will be high.
No expert product or sales knowledge or experience is necessary for this role as the successful candidates will go through a structured and comprehensive training programme designed to give you all the knowledge necessary to be successful in the role. Although it would be of benefit, we are looking for ambitious graduates with the positive attitude, determination, and commercial acumen to succeed.
* A minimum 2:2 university degree in any subject.
* Business knowledge / experience either through study or part time work.
* Confidence with a positive attitude to listen and learn and a desire to work hard and hit targets / goals.
* Self-discipline as you will be working remotely with our support and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills over the telephone and the motivation to build and grow a sales pipeline. The role will on occasion include client facing at trade or networking events and therefore we require a professional person in terms of presentation and communication.
The role also involves a high level of training and support, working in tandem with the Sales Director to achieve results. The initial months in the role will include on-going training and guidance through the sales process to build your pipeline as quickly as possible.
