Residential Conveyancer
This well respected and accredited law firm with offices across Kent are currently seeking a Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their highly successful residential conveyancing department in a busy and vibrant office in Dartford.
The successful Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer will be provided with a full and varied case load of high quality freehold and leasehold matters, shared equity etc. (up to cGBP2 million properties). You will be client focused, ambitious and career-minded with drive and determination to progress within the firm.
This successful law firm have developed an excellent mix of clients and pride themselves on their superb client focus, clear approach and fun yet professional office ethos.
The successful Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer will offer the following background/skill set:
*Be qualified, either as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
*Ideally 2+ years PQE (or equivalent)
*Technically able to manage your own case load confidently and with minimal support
*Ideally experience of business development
*Strong communication skills
*Be a keen team player
*Commercial awareness
*Offer excellent client skills
The successful Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer will be rewarded by a generous basic salary, incredible benefits package and discretionary bonus structure
