Our client, based in Goresinon, Wales have a number of openings for Production Operatives to join their vibrant, growing and well established team.
Our client, a multi-national industry leading supplier of Automotive Car parts to leading automotive Car Manufacturers across the globe, have the opportunity for Production Operatives to join a company that strives for continuous improvement, believes in a strong one goal one team ethos and offers strong job security and longevity.
POSITION: PRODUCTION OPERATIVE x 6
LOCATION: GORSEINON, WALES, SA4: GBP8.72 per hour (increases after 6 months with shift allowance)
HOURS: 37.5 hours a week minimum, overtime available frequently paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours. Regular overtime available.
**Shift Allowance also payable after 6 months service**
CONTRACT: Temporary to Permanent
SHIFTS: 3 WEEK SHIFT PATTERN - DAYS 6am -2pm/NIGHTS 10pm-6am/AFTERS 2pm-10pm
The role of the Production Operative is to work on and produce car parts for leading car firms across the world.
This would suit any experienced Production Operative, Line Operative or Assembly Operative who enjoy hands on work, attention to detail, good with small parts and people who take pride in the quality and care of their work.
We are also willing to consider and train people from outside the industry.
