Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Kemble. This position is an on-going temporary role working Monday- Friday 8.00- 17.00.

The successful Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for:
Maintaining accurate records and logging key information onto databases
Liaise with customers on a daily basis
Resolve enquires to a satisfactory conclusion
As an experienced Customer Service Administrator you should be able to evidence the following skills:
Confident telephone manner
Good attention to detail
Driving license is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Word/ Excel/Outlook
