The role
As a Residential Support Worker you’ll work with young people in their residential children’s home, creating a calm and safe living environment where the young people can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include

• Plan social and leisure activities
• Domestic duties such as cooking and cleaning 
• Administrative tasks including report writing and implementing care plans
• Attend meetings as required 

About you
We’re looking for someone with:

• Ideally previous experience in a residential child care setting, however this isn’t essential
• The right attitude and ability to build a rapport with the young people 
• Experience of carrying out administrative duties
• Ability to build positive relationships
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good Literacy and numerical skills
• Due to the nature of this role a full UK Driving Licence and flexible working approach is essential
